About a year and a half ago, we ran a post here at YA Fresh about hundreds of cats who live behind the scenes at Disneyland. This was substantiated by my cousin, Megan, a former employee, with both quotes and a picture. We asked our readers if they knew or had heard about cats at The Happiest Place on Earth, and got lots of comments.
You can read more about it HERE.
Well, this week, one of our regular readers, Sydney, forwarded a picture to us that she took recently outside Soarin' Over California at Disney California Adventure. She remembered our post and is allowing me to share it!
Many thanks to Sydney for this photo. And we'd love to hear from more readers. Ever seen a cat lurking around the Anaheim Disney lot?

We were at Disneyland at Halloween and I saw a cat while riding the tram.
The cat was riding on a tram? No--kidding, of course I understand. Thanks, Janie!
ZOMG! Fabulous.
After reading your original post about this, I looked out for kittehs when I went to Disneyland last year. Only saw the cartoon kind of cat, unfortunately. Would have given anything to have seen one riding the tram. ;)
Thanks, Vanessa. I'm imagining a whole litter curling up on the tram benches!
I visited the park last March, and after getting off the Haunted Mansion ride my friend noticed her bag was missing, and guessed it was left in our Doom Buggy. She went back into the attraction with the help of a cast member while I waited at the entrance. A few girls ran up to the other cast member at the gates and asked if she could see the "Pet Cemetery." The cast member said yes, and I was very intrigued and tagged along. I thought the cemetery was way cool, but ever cooler, on the hill behind the mansion sat two cats!!! Way cool to see :)
