It's The Weekend!
Believe it or not, weekends are sometimes crazier at my house than weekdays. But no matter. Who doesn't feel that jolt of excitement at the end of a Friday, knowing it's "play-time?"
Personally, I am excited to be having a get-together this weekend with some friends I haven't seen in a while. And may I say I'm thrilled that Sunday nights means new episodes of Desperate Housewives again?

On the TV front, it's Ghost Whisperer and the return of Moonlight. Then baseball, and fam time the rest of the weekend. Hope your get-together is loads of fun!
I'm so very excited about another new Desperate Housewives and the new Brothers & Sisters. I can't wait for Sunday night. Other than watching those awesome shows this weekend I'm going to sit out on the patio and read as many books as possible. lol =D
I had a special weekend. I got to take my six year old daughter for her very first roller skating rink experience. I put on some skates too . . . and boy oh boy! Did that take me back to the days of parachute pants and pg tails! :0) It made me want to zoom around the rink to feel the wind fly through my hair. But. . . since I"m the mommy, I scooted around the rink while my daughter held onto the rails and eventually let go and exclaimed, "I'm doing it mommy! I'm doing it!" That's far better than wind in the hair anyday. :0)
